Data Deletion Instructions

If you messaged a business that uses The Code Smith WA

Email prashant@thecodesmith.tech with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the WhatsApp number you messaged from and the business you contacted. We will delete your messages and any enquiry details within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you are a business that connected WhatsApp to The Code Smith WA

  1. Email prashant@thecodesmith.tech from your account email asking us to delete your account.
  2. We disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from our app and delete stored tokens, conversations, contacts and enquiries within 30 days.
  3. You can also remove our app's access yourself at any time in Meta Business Suite (Business settings → Integrations / Connected apps).
